Boil Water Rescind Notice - North System Specific

On October 17, 2025, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system, Upper Jasper County Water Authority, PWS ID 1210060 (North System Only) to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to inform customers, individuals, or employees, on CR 042, CR 041, CR 039, CR 034, CR 037, CR 036, CR 032 (From CR 044 to CR 034), Hwy 255 (from Hwy 255/Hwy 63W Intersection) to Hwy 255 & & CR 032, CR 046, CR 047, CR 044, CR 043, CR 018, CR 019, Hwy 63W from the Angelina River Bridge to the intersection of CR 032 & FSR 333, and Trout Creek Community  (CR 070, CR069A, CR 069, CR 072, CR 071, PR 6185), that due to an interruption in service caused by a line break, the water from our system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. 

 Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of October 22, 2025.
