Boil Water Rescind Notice - North System Specific

On May 7, 2023, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system, Upper Jasper County Water Authority, PWS ID 1210060 (North System Only) to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to inform customers, individuals, or employees, on CR 082 (the intersection of CR 082 & CR 087 to Hwy 63W), CR 083, On Hwy 63W (from CR 82 to the Angelina River), CR 073, CR 080, CR 032E, CR 032W, CR 074, CR 075, CR 076, CR 077, CR 078, CR 079, CR 1070, CR 1071, CR 1072, Creel Road, Crystal River 1, and Crystal River 2, CR 032, From intersection of CR 032 and Hwy 255 to the Neches River, CR 020, CR 021, CR 022, CR 023, CR 024, CR 026, CR 029, CR 030, CR 031, PR 6146, PR 6147, that due to low pressure, the water from our system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. 

Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of May 10, 2023.
