North System Pressure Issues and Outages (Update)

As of 7:45 am, the Plum Ridge Tank level was up to 60ft and the flow rate of water going into the tank was 85 gallons per minute (gpm).

Plum Ridge Community now has water.

Parker Point Community now has water.

The field crew is still out looking for leaks.  Truck #2 is in the Plum Ridge area now.  They are using the handheld (remote read system) to find the leaking meters.  Numerous leaks at camps have been found and taken care of.  We will continue to follow the water and look for additional leaks.

Hopsonville area still does not have water.

Black Forest community still does not have water.

In order to help us get water to all customers, we are asking that everyone would help by using their water sparingly.

Here are a few water conservation tips:

  • Take short showers instead of baths
  • Delay washing clothes if possible
  • Check for leaky toilets and any other leaks on your property
  • Limit water use to necessities

Everyone on the North System, regardless if you lost pressure or not, is under a boil water notice!

Thank you for your patience and support while we work to restore service to every single customer!
